The Vine is a newly-refurbished, two-bedroom, self-catering/serviced apartment for four people  located in West Byfleet, Surrey available for holiday lets or short-stay rentals of between three nights and three months. The accommodation offers easy access to London by rail. This ground-floor accommodation which has superfast Wi-Fi broadband and off-road parking is just a two-minute walk from the station. There are 3 or 4 trains per hour departing for London Waterloo taking as little as 33 minutes.
 
The accommodation has its own beautiful private courtyard garden surrounded by tall trees. Despite close proximity to London the Vine apartment offers the benefits of living in a peaceful village environment. The historic and charming Basingstoke Canal is just one minute from the property enabling pleasant walking, jogging or cycling along the canal path from Woodham Lock. The local pub and village green are a two-minute walk away.  The village centre, with its shops, pavement cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot within 4 minutes.
 
 The Vine is ideal for anyone needing a base from which to explore London and the South East. Other nearby attractions include the towns of Guildford, Woking, Cobham, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge and Esher. Local places of interest include Brooklands Motor and Aviation Museum, Painshill Park, Claremont Landscape Gardens, the RHS Wisley Gardens, Hampton Court, Windsor Castle, Lego Land, Sandown Race Course and Clandon House.

The Vine has a cosy, cottage interior with beamed fireplace and woodburning stove as well as gas-fired central heating. A high definition flatscreen TV over the fireplace has a Virgin Media cable TV service with multiple channels and all the advantages of the Virgin TiVo system. The property also has superfast Wi-Fi broadband. The rest of the accommodation comprises a well-equipped kitchen, new bathroom and two bedrooms.

The kitchen has a five-burner gas hob and double electric oven, a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and full-size dishwasher. There is plenty of worktop space and an abundance of pots pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

 The bathroom has a full-size bath with shower over, WC and basin.

Bedrooms come equipped with black-out blinds and beds with comfortable pocket-sprung, memory-foam-topped mattresses. One room has a double bed, the other has twin beds which can be made up as a 5-foot Kingsize double if preferred . Good quality 100% cotton bedlinen and towels are included in the price and beds are made up ready for your arrival.

 One of the best attributes of this property is the charming private courtyard garden at the rear of the property. This is fully enclosed and surrounded by a variety of tall trees. Outdoor dining furniture for 4 and a barbecue are supplied during the summer months.
